Hybrid Job Role as Senior Machine Learning: We are looking for a Senior ML/AI Engineer to help stabilise and evolve our AI platform while developing and maintaining production-grade Generative AI solutions. During the first 6–12 months, the role will focus primarily on helping to mature the existing platform, including guardrails, model access controls, API gateways, token usage, cost monitoring, observability and production readiness. As the platform becomes more established, the role will increasingly contribute to the design, delivery and ongoing improvement of LLM, RAG and agent-based solutions. This is a hands-on engineering role combining AI application development, backend and platform engineering, and production operations.…
