We count on you to… Prepare and develop data analysis models for salary benchmarking and/or positioning of HR policies; Prepare and develop benchmarking tools; Develop the benefits plan and related processes, including partner and employee management and interaction; Ensure the operational functioning of existing platforms and protocols; Keep benchmarks on market best practices updated; Contribute to the eNPS of Compensation & Benefits programs; Monitor performance indicators in the Compensation & Benefits area; Manage and ensure the development of employee social support programs; Create creative presentations and reports on the area’s activities.…
