RESPONSIBILITIES - Analyze product usage data to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities for improvement. - Evaluate competitor products to benchmark functionalities and propose innovative solutions. - Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to enhance product features based on data insights. - Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate new functionalities and improve user engagement. - Provide actionable insights to support product roadmap decisions. - Identify and address bottlenecks in user flows and product performance.
