Drive critical cash flow management by expertly analyzing and following up on all customer accounts to guarantee on-time payment collection. Ensure customer queries are resolved swiftly and proactively to prevent overdue invoices. You will act as a key liaison with local teams, ensuring customer orders are managed with prompt efficiency. Your scope will be the fast-growing AMEI region, placing you at the center of international business operations. Strategically manage and analyze diverse customer accounts portfolios. Conduct deep-dive investigations into customer historical data to accurately establish credit limits and proactively support local teams in defining optimal customer contracts.…
