Job Description: Responsibilities - your mission The HR Transformation & Digital department has the mission to drive and accompany the transformation of the HR function into its future, leveraging new Digital capabilities while continuously boosting the HR performance in order to meet HR customer’s business needs. Create, Run and deliver standard reports & dashboards Analyze and ensure high data quality through regular quality checks Develop and create data layout like table, charts, graphs Support HRBP’s Community in their Reporting activities Promote HR Reporting self-service by giving trainings to end users Ensure smooth transition from SAP BI reporting tools to Workday reporting tools Secure Security and Data protection requirements in the frame of GDPR regulations (“Need to know…
