We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our DRS - Operational Services Management team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou! We count on you to… Monitor the operation of the Deposit Return System (DRS), providing ongoing support and guidance to stores and the various stakeholders involved; Monitor and analyse performance indicators, developing reports that support informed decision-making; Develop supporting documentation to communicate system activities, initiatives, and improvement proposals; Map and optimise processes, contributing to the design of more efficient operational workflows; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business initiatives related to the DRS.
