We are looking for a Customer Behavior Analyst to join our Customer Intelligence (CI)/CRM team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou! We count on you to… Map MC's legacy systems and isolated systems/DBs that contain H&W customer information; Identify requirements to enhance data analysis of the customer database through the evolution of systems; Identify and define new metrics that boost business and respective processes, ensuring their development in analytical systems (e.g. customer score); Developing data analyses for presentation to the various areas that generate important insights throughout the customer lifecycle; Building and monitoring the evolution of dashboards and reports with relevant and actionable information to help the various business areas have a clear view of…
