Responsible for completing the payroll run and all subsequent activities that includes payroll results validation, salary disbursement, payroll posting to Finance as well as statutory submission as per the agreed service levels ensuring compliance with statutory legislation & governance Prepares and monitors payroll data ensuring processes and data are in place for payroll processing per local country requirements and regulations Performs payroll run per local country requirements and regulations Conducts start of year and end of year payroll administration activities working with 3rd party Manages and maintains Company payroll processes Responds to and processes requests for changes to payroll data Monitors payroll input data quality (e.g.…
