Seeking a TRANSACT Product RTB L1/L2 Specialist to provide production support with T24 Transact experience. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, incident resolutions, problem management, and continuous service improvement. Ideal candidate will have a strong understand of core banking operations, trouble shooting skills, and experience with L1/L2 support in a banking environment.
