As a Level I Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our client's French-speaking customers. On an inbound line, you'll answer incoming calls, respond to questions, and resolve requests while identifying opportunities to recommend products and services that fit each customer's needs. This is an inbound role with a commercial dimension, currently supporting a banking and insurance project based in Guimarães. You'll work entirely on-site as part of a team, with paid training provided when you join so you're fully prepared to succeed from day one.
