What you'll bring - Fluent in English. Any other language is nice to have. - Available to work fulltime, including weekend shifts in a hybrid setup (Please note that for the first 2 months, we require you to work from our office in Lisbon from 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00 on weekdays). - At least 1 year of experience in (customer) support - Ability to easily adapt to changing environments and quickly grasp new information and processes. - A fast learner who can take on complex problems and rapidly find solutions. - An easy communicator with a knack for clarifying complex topics and maintaining a human connection.
