The Opportunity As a Technology Strategy & Transactions Consultant, you will support organizations in assessing technology environments and identifying risks, opportunities and value creation levers across M&A transactions. You will work with leading private equity firms, corporate investors and strategic buyers, helping them evaluate IT functions, systems, applications, infrastructure and technology organizations to support investment decisions, integrations, carve-outs and transformation initiatives. In a fast-paced transaction environment, you will work alongside multidisciplinary teams, both locally and internationally, delivering technology due diligence assessments and advising clients on technology-driven value creation strategies.…
