Procuramos um Night Auditor altamente responsável e detalhista para integrar a nossa equipa de receção durante o período noturno. O profissional será responsável por gerir as operações de check-in e check-out fora do horário laboral padrão, realizar a auditoria financeira diária, fechar as contas do dia anterior e garantir a segurança e o bem-estar dos hóspedes durante a noite. Principais Responsabilidades Auditoria Financeira: Realizar o fecho diário das contas do hotel (Night Audit), verificar o balanço das transações diárias (receção, restaurante, bar e outros pontos de venda) e emitir os relatórios financeiros do dia. Atendimento ao Hóspede: Efetuar check-ins e check-outs tardios/madrugada, prestar informações sobre o hotel e a cidade, e responder a pedidos ou reclamações com elevado…
