Key Responsabilities Record and manage CAPEX transactions, including depreciation and asset disposal processes. Monitor, reconcile, and maintain fixed asset records. Manage accounting processes related to rents and condominium expenses. Record and reconcile taxes and support tax compliance activities. Prepare and submit SAF-T files. Prepare internal control reports and management support reports. Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal procedures. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting and administrative matters.
