Your contribution to something big: Prepare monthly reports by analyzing key KPIs, validating purchasing data, and identifying inconsistencies; Maintain and update procurement controlling databases and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, supporting year-to-date (YTD) tracking activities, and contributing to cost transparency and reporting reliability; Support the preparation of Payment Terms reports through monthly report and dashboard updates, as well as continuous improvements; Support forecasting processes and business planning activities through data collection, analysis, and plausibility checks; Contribute to digitalization and process improvement initiatives by supporting data integrations and enhancing dashboards and reporting tools.
