Service Team Leader __ Job Description: Perform thermographic inspections of energized electrical switchgear, distribution systems, and other electrical assets at customer sites. Conduct ultrasonic measurements and visual condition assessments to identify overheating, loose connections, insulation defects, partial discharge, and other potential failure modes. Work safely around energized electrical equipment and maintain strict adherence to electrical safety requirements, site procedures, and company policies. Open electrical panels, switchgear, and enclosures only when authorized and when safe working conditions have been verified, in accordance with applicable safety procedures and customer requirements.…
