About the role As a Sales Development Representative, you'll run outbound cold-calling campaigns into the United Kingdom market — on the phone every day starting conversations with potential clients, qualifying them, and booking meetings. You'll generate pipeline both for Division 50 and for the client accounts we run outbound for. This is a phone-first, top-of-funnel role: your job is to open conversations and book qualified meetings, not to close. What you'll do Make a high volume of outbound cold calls each day to UK businesses. Open conversations with cold prospects, handle the brush-offs, and earn the meeting. Qualify prospects against the target criteria and book qualified meetings into the calendar. Follow up across phone, email, and LinkedIn to turn interest into booked meetings. L
