The Role We are seeking an experienced ERP Programme Lead to shape and lead complex, enterprise-wide ERP transformation programmes within the Retail and Consumer Products (CPG) sector. The role requires a rare combination of upfront transformation shaping and senior programme delivery experience. The individual will be expected to lead programmes from Discovery, business case and transformation roadmap development through mobilisation, design, implementation, deployment and stabilisation. The successful candidate will combine strong business transformation leadership with deep ERP programme experience, ideally including SAP S/4HANA, and will be comfortable advising senior executives on strategic choices while also taking accountability for successful programme execution.…
