InPost FinTech is looking for a Staff Engineer to define the technical direction for our infrastructure, deployment, and operational reliability - across Payments Core, Merchant, and Consumer. You'll multiply team output through infrastructure architecture clarity, engineering standards, and cross-team technical leadership, while owning the evolution of the agentic engineering harness's operational backbone. You'll own the evolution of fundamental infrastructure and platform decisions across the organisation — cloud topology, deployment pipelines, observability, and security posture — ensuring they're sound, defensible, and viable for the long term. You'll report to the Senior Engineering Manager and act as the technical throughline between engineering teams, security, and compliance.…
