Role purpose The Development Lead is the senior technical authority for automation across the full GTS Network and Datacenter Department. The role is not limited to one squad or application. The main focus is the automation of primarily on-premises network infrastructure and the services delivered by the department to the company. The role operates within a collaborative, cohesive and motivated team (12 people) organised around two complementary areas: Automation, with seven team members including three junior developers, and Monitoring, with four team members. The Development Lead provides technical direction to the automation team and actively supports the development and coaching of junior engineers.…
