About the Role We are seeking Backend Software Engineers to contribute technical expertise to a next-generation AI training initiative. You will design realistic, challenging coding tasks involving feature implementation, bug fixes, and deterministic verification, helping AI systems improve their ability to solve real-world software engineering problems. This role is ideal for experienced backend engineers who enjoy working with complex codebases, building scalable services, debugging technical issues, and evaluating whether software solutions are correct, robust, and reliable.
