Twój zakres obowiązków Projektowanie i rozwój rozwiązań w Microsoft Dynamics 365 dla wielu krajów Grupy. Prowadzenie analiz biznesowych dla procesów Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Quote oraz Contract Management. Zbieranie i definiowanie wymagań biznesowych podczas warsztatów z interesariuszami międzynarodowymi. Współtworzenie i rozwój backlogu produktu CRM wraz z Product Ownerem. Współpraca z zespołami Technology, Sales oraz Finance w celu dostarczania optymalnych rozwiązań systemowych. Udział w projektach migracji danych klientów, leadów, ofert i kontraktów do Microsoft Dynamics 365. Analiza jakości danych, identyfikacja rozbieżności oraz rekomendowanie działań naprawczych. Przygotowywanie scenariuszy testowych, prowadzenie testów UAT oraz odbiór wdrażanych funkcjonalności.…
