Must Have Requirements 4+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification. Strong experience and deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM. Advanced JavaScript scripting skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with ITIL practices. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Fluent English B2/C1. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proactive and detail-oriented. Ability to document processes and share knowledge effectively. Being open to occasional business trips abroad and visits in our office in Katowice. Nice to Have Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD, CIS-ITOM).…
