Valeo Wiper Systems Plant in Skawina specializes in the design, manufacturing, painting and assembly of wiper blades, arms and mechanisms. Additionally, in 2013 production of motors for wipers has began. Plant’s main activity is supported by a modern research and development center which is currently employing about 100 staff members. What you will be doing: Evaluating Technical Requirements (Valeo & different OEMs) to define the best Motor solution considering product constraints. Managing technical interfaces with multiple disciplines and customer engineering teams, and communicating clearly on project progress and technical risks to division-level stakeholders. Leading Design reviews at component and product level with suppliers, customer and internal stakeholders.…
