Participating in presales – understanding client needs, proposing architecture, estimating efforts, and presenting solutions. Managing development teams on projects (no micromanagement – you own the tech and delivery aspects). Developing internal engineering standards (code review, tool selection, development best practices). Supporting the sales and recruitment teams in selecting the right candidates for ongoing and upcoming projects. Shaping our tech identity – from delivery processes to market presence. Someone with experience as an Architect / Tech Lead / Head of Engineering / CTO – minimum 6–8 years in the IT industry.
