Process Design & Planning: Create process flows, assembly drawings, Control Plans, and P-FMEA. Manage Process Engineering planning and budgets. R&D Collaboration: Challenge R&D on product manufacturability ( DFM, DFA, DTF ) and evaluate manufacturing costs. Validation & Equipment: Define prototype equipment specs, support sourcing/purchasing, follow up on prototype assembly, and perform final process validation. Standardization: Create and update process standards and documentation, ensuring seamless transition and recommendations for P1 projects. Project & Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional contributors (Purchasing, Tech Departments) and support "make or buy" decisions. Safety: Ensure all developed processes strictly respect safety and environmental rules.…
