ROLE We’re seeking a talented and seasoned Game Designer who is deeply passionate about RPG/midcore games and laser-focused on creating the next big hit. With extensive experience in the industry, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering fun to millions of players. As the driving force behind the game's success, you'll ensure the game reaches the highest standards of quality and innovation. - Define a clear, cohesive design pipeline - Pitch and implement big features to the team, deconstructing them into smaller components - Own game balancing, pace, feel - Always back up your ideas with available data points - Ability to deconstruct and analyze mobile games mechanics - Get involved in all aspects of game development: UI, UX, Game Design, logic, performance, etc.…
