Residential PV Solution Specialist Warsaw, Poland Main Responsibilities: As a Residential PV Solution Specialist at the manufacturer level, you will serve as the technical authority for the residential product portfolio (Inverters, ESS，HEMS). You will be responsible for defining standardized system solutions, empowering regional sales teams and distributors, and bridging the gap between R&D and the market to drive the adoption of our Home Energy Management System (HEMS). Solution Design & Standardization: * Develop and standardize residential "Solar + Storage + Back up" solution packages tailored to specific regional grid codes and market requirements.
