Resolving customer queries sent via email regarding billing, invoices, credit notes; Providing customers with necessary information and possible solutions; General administrative tasks (e.g. Creating reports, fulfilling data base). We expect from applicants: Very Good Italian (especially in writing); Good English; Strong communications skills; Ability to work under time pressure and to deal with multiple tasks; Soft skills (problem analysis, problem solving, good decision making); At least 6 months employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only).
