Process Excellence Team Lead __ Your role and responsibilities Reporting to the Global AutoBank&Process Excellence Manager providing key support for the whole O2C Stream in the area of CFIN and SAP4HANA. You will be involved in CFIN and SAP4HANA implementation, UATs and post implementation “service”. Crucial part of the role would be ongoing contact with O2C end users to understand and address better their needs and provide trainings answering technical aspects of CFIN and SAP4Hana. You will be mainly accountable for: Facilitating learning through a variety of delivery methods to onboard new hires and upskill end-users. This could include classroom Instruction, virtual training, team meetings, on-line learning debriefs, practical labs, peer to peer coaching, and train-the-trainer sessions…
