About the Role We're looking for a hands-on TikTok Shop & Affiliate Specialist to manage daily TikTok Shop operations, grow affiliate creator networks, and drive sales for DTC/e-commerce brands. You'll work directly with clients, recruit and manage affiliate creators, develop conversion-focused content briefs, and execute campaigns that increase GMV.
