We are seeking an experienced R&D leader with the market leading manufacturer and producer on Cosmetics in the middle east to drive innovation and technical excellence across Beauty & Personal Care, including Skin Care, Hair Care, Body Care, Deodorants and related categories. Key Responsibilities: Lead R&D strategy, formulation excellence and product innovation. Drive global product benchmarking, fragrance development and ingredient innovation. Strengthen product testing, claims substantiation and performance evaluation. Lead scale-up, technology transfer and commercialization. Build strategic partnerships with fragrance houses, ingredient suppliers and technology partners. Develop high-performing R&D teams and collaborate with commercial and operational functions.
