In your role as a Cash Collection Specialist (all genders) with Italian, you will manage customer accounts to ensure the timely collection of outstanding receivables while maintaining positive relationships. You will proactively monitor accounts, contact customers to secure payments, and support dispute resolution process by collaborating with Sales and Customer Service. Additionally, you will evaluate payment behaviors to make informed decisions on order releases and credit blocks. By investigating payment differences and maintaining accurate records, your work will directly improve our Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and support essential financial controls.…
