About the Role We are seeking experienced Pediatric Hospitalists to support the training and evaluation of next-generation AI systems focused on inpatient pediatric care and clinical documentation. You will review medical records, structured FHIR data, and clinical notes to verify clinical accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Your expertise will help identify documentation gaps, validate clinical claims, and assess age-appropriate details, including weight-based medication dosing, to improve AI model performance and clinical data quality.
