We are looking for a Claims Advisor to join our Operations team in Warsaw. You will investigate and assess insurance claims, communicate with customers and clients, and make independent decisions while ensuring a high level of service and accuracy. What you’ll be doing: Investigate, assess and make independent decisions on insurance claims, requesting additional information when needed. Process claims and related tasks accurately, efficiently and within agreed timeframes. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email and other correspondence, following up on unresolved issues. Communicate with customers, clients and third parties regarding policy and claims-related matters.…
