We are looking for an experienced Global Head of Outsourcing to lead and develop the Group-wide outsourcing governance framework across multiple entities and jurisdictions. In this role, you will be responsible for setting global standards for the full outsourcing lifecycle - from identification and risk assessment, through approval, contracting and onboarding, to ongoing monitoring, remediation and exit. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, Technology, Operational Resilience and Service Management, while providing functional guidance to Local Outsourcing Managers.
