The Role As our Senior People Operations Specialist, you will be our very first People team hire on the ground. You will play a pivotal role in establishing our local presence, building scalable HR processes, and nurturing a vibrant, compliant, and inclusive company culture. This is a hands-on role that will be responsible for providing the full spectrum of People Operations (HR) services and onsite People Business Partner triage, with a focus on our Poland office, but also supporting across the EMEA region.
