We are looking for a Senior Litigation Counsel with experience in IT / Fintech / banking for the legal team. Responsibilities: Lead commercial litigation, international arbitration, and financial recovery cases across jurisdictions (UAE, UK, EU, HK, etc.); Handle cases end-to-end: legal research, drafting, discovery, trial preparation, settlement negotiations, and coordination with local counsel; Develop litigation strategies, prepare legal memoranda, and maintain case documentation and knowledge bases.
