Your Everyday at Nexi As a Fraud Monitoring Agent, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Kraków. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable working a flexible shift schedule, including afternoon and night shifts. About Your Future Role In this position, you will: Provide 24/7/365 comprehensive fraud monitoring services for CE clients across issuing and acquiring activities. Manage fraud prevention services and configure fraud monitoring rules, including setup, analysis and modification. Manage various fraud monitoring blacklists and whitelists. Monitor and analyse transactions and make fraud-related decisions. Cooperate with Banks, Partners and Local Authorities to resolve fraud-related cases and analyse emerging trends.…
