As our video editor, you will be responsible for editing, producing, and managing multiple creative projects with a heavy focus on paid ad creatives for Meta Platforms - VSLs, short and long form. You'll take raw UGC and transform it into high-converting direct response ads that scale across our paid channels. We spend $2,000,000+ per month on Meta. We are looking to hire someone with 3+ years of work experience. The ideal candidate has deep DTC experience editing paid ads, understands direct response principles, runs a current AI stack in production, and delivers volume and quality in the same week without being chased.
