Channel Operation Specialist Job Location: Warsaw, Poland Main Responsibilities: Daily management of the partner performance and incentive system and ensuring timely distribution. Monthly communication with distribution partners about performance and incentive and potential gap resolution. Managing the quality of partner data and implementing and using internal digital tools. Weekly distribution partner performance analysis and improvement proposal. Requirements: At least bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics or related disciplines. Fluent in English; proficiency in Polish and Mandarin Chinese is a plus. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.…
