As a Team Leader, you will manage a team of 10–15 accountants delivering finance operations services (AP/AR/GL). You will ensure high performance against SLA and quality targets, develop people, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. We are looking for: Experienced Team Leader Your future role: Lead day-to-day operations for AP/AR/GL processes and ensure timely, accurate delivery against agreed SLAs/KPIs (e.g., timeliness, backlog, accuracy, month-end closing deadlines). Plan and allocate work effectively to ensure optimal resource utilization and balanced workload across the team.
