The role maintains and evolves the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and asset repositories, enabling reliable incident resolution, effective change management, and accurate impact analysis. This position plays a critical role in improving operational stability, audit compliance, and service visibility across all IT domains. This position reports to the ServiceNow Platform Lead, part of the Infrastructure and Operations team.
