The Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of IT asset and configuration data across the enterprise. The role maintains and evolves the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and asset repositories, enabling reliable incident resolution, effective change management, and accurate impact analysis. This position plays a critical role in improving operational stability, audit compliance, and service visibility across all IT domains. This position reports to the ServiceNow Platform Lead, part of the Infrastructure and Operations team.
