O stanowisku Poszukujemy doświadczonej osoby na stanowisko Process Improvement Manager, która będzie odpowiedzialna za identyfikowanie, projektowanie i wdrażanie usprawnień procesów w obszarze Customer Care. Osoba na tym stanowisku odegra kluczową rolę w rozwoju automatyzacji, wykorzystaniu technologii AI oraz budowaniu kultury ciągłego doskonalenia w organizacji. Zakres obowiązków Prowadzenie projektów związanych z optymalizacją i automatyzacją procesów obsługi klienta. Koordynowanie pracy zespołów projektowych i współpraca z interesariuszami z różnych obszarów biznesowych. Mapowanie, analiza oraz dokumentowanie procesów biznesowych, a następnie wdrażanie rekomendowanych usprawnień. Projektowanie wymagań biznesowych i systemowych dla nowych rozwiązań technologicznych.…
