We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who likes structure but not too much bureaucracy:) Different projects may need different levels of structure and involvement, so flexibility, a proactive approach, and the ability to adapt to the team and situation are important for us. You will work closely with creative and technical teams, where new ideas, changes, experiments, and different working styles are a natural part of game development. We value someone who can bring more structure and clarity while still giving the team enough space for creativity.
