Leading product discovery, prototyping, and customer validation for an AI initiative. Working closely with a dedicated team of two software engineers to guide rapid prototyping and iterative product development. Understanding customer workflows, identifying key problems, and defining product hypotheses to validate. Engaging with 2–5 existing customers acting as design partners during the initial development cycle. Planning and facilitating customer interviews, prototype testing sessions, and feedback discussions. Translating customer insights and business needs into clear product requirements, acceptance criteria, and a prioritized scope.
