Lead and execute product development projects in accordance with defined internal project management (PIF) and change management (ECF) processes. Defining goals, creating schedules and budgets, and determining the scope of work. Tracking progress, reporting results, and managing risk and budget. Ensure availability of required resources and alignment of project investments. Translate customer requirements and specifications into technical solutions, considering relevant normative and regulatory requirements (e.g. North America standards). Evaluate technical and economic feasibility of project concepts. Coordinate cross-functional and cross-location stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery. Drive cost optimization initiatives and support manufacturing cost reduction programs.…
