IS Service Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to define a planning strategy that includes a full list of activities that are important for the management of project, to decide on a project delivery methodology (waterfall, agile, etc.), and to align with stakeholders. Each day, you will plan, schedule, coordinate, and deliver the Information Systems (IS) project outcomes within agreed time, scope, cost, and agreed quality. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating appropriate information to stakeholders promptly to achieve desired understanding and support and effectively managing stakeholders' expectations and relationships.
