We are looking for Technical Delivery Manager with French (IT ) to join Sopra Steria Polska lead a team responsible for ensuring the availability, continuity, and performance of critical IT services. In this role, you will oversee production and IT operations, drive operational excellence through ITIL best practices, manage service delivery and major incidents, and support secure, reliable, and efficient operations in a complex enterprise environment. You will also collaborate with infrastructure, security, and client stakeholders to maintain service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
